Agricultural Posts
Being based in the Co. Tyrone countryside we service a demand for fencing material to the Agricultural Sector. Our experience with timber has taught us that home grown spruce is not suited to fencing needs. We therefore import our round posts from Russia and Estonia where the colder climate and shorter growing season produce a more durable and stronger post. We have several different grades but only carry 1.8m (6ft) as we have no market for shorter stakes due to most fences being installed mechanically.
For straining posts we offer imported and home grown larch stakes for their increased lifespan over cheaper home grown spruce.

'Postsaver' Posts
We acknowledge that pressure treatment is not always as effective as it was prior to 2006 when government legislation banned CCA treatment. This is why we try to encourage use of imported timber that has been treated to Class 4. Kiln Dried posts are more resistant to decay and when also applied with 'Postsaver' bitumen sleeve they are guaranteed for 15 years by Imprest, our supplier. We offer 85mm x 1.8m of these Kiln Dried(pre-treatment to allow more complete absorption of the preservative), incised and Postsaver posts at approximately half the cost of the equivalent 'creosoted' posts.

Bespoke timber products are a speciality of ours and we have supplied fences to multi-national supermarkets, sports clubs as well as to individual homes. We endeavour to try to meet the demands and budget of all enquiries and will tailor materials and designs to suit.
